KICC at Fitur 2026. Madrid , Spain
Shell scheme wall branding presents KICC as a confident, modern and globally competitive convention destination.

Design Overview
Kenyatta International Convention Centre will be exhibiting at the FITUR 2026 International Tourism
Fair in Madrid, one of the world’s leading platforms for global tourism and destination marketing.
The objective of this project was to design shell scheme wall branding that positions KICC as a
premier meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions destination while visually representing
Kenya’s identity on an international stage.
The designs needed to be bold, legible from a distance and adaptable to standard shell scheme
dimensions while maintaining brand consistency and visual authority.
Design Objectives
- Present KICC as a world class MICE destination
- Communicate professionalism, reliability and scale
- Integrate Kenyan visual identity in a contemporary manner
- Ensure high visibility within a busy international exhibition environment
- Maintain clarity across modular shell scheme panels
Creative Direction
The visual approach combines clean architectural layouts with strong imagery of KICC and Nairobi’s skyline. A structured grid system was used to align with the shell scheme format, ensuring seamless continuity across panels.
Typography is bold and confident, optimized for long range visibility. The color palette draws from KICC’s established brand colors, balanced with neutral tones to avoid visual clutter and allow imagery to breathe.
Strategic use of negative space ensures the messaging remains clear even in high traffic exhibition conditions.

Key Design Elements
- Large scale architectural imagery showcasing KICC
- Strong headline statements reinforcing KICC’s global relevance
- Modular layout system compatible with shell scheme construction
- Consistent branding across all wall segments
- Clean visual hierarchy for effortless information scanning
Final Outcome
The resulting shell scheme wall branding presents KICC as a confident, modern and globally competitive convention destination. The stand is designed to attract foot traffic, support conversations with international stakeholders and reinforce Kenya’s presence within the global tourism and events industry.
